1. Quick facts

1. Our stuff is mostly digital. That means unless it's a service or presale is specified, you get instant access and for all offerings, except where the law says otherwise, no refunds are offered.
2. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy or access our offerings and use this site.
3. Buying gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for yourself or your business. Please don’t share links, files, or logins with anyone that's not you.
4. Lifetime access = you keep access while the product/system remains publicly available. If we retire something, we’ll try to give advance notice.
5. Free updates apply to the core product only (not to any future bundles, paid add-ons, or special editions).
6. Mailing list: By purchasing an offering you’ll be added to our email list so we can send access info, updates, and related news. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email.
7. Payment plans: If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments as agreed at Checkout. Missed or stopped payments may result in suspension or loss of access to the product until payments are caught up. We’ll always try to notify you before access is paused; access will be restored once payments are successfully completed.

2. Notion, Canva, ChatGPT & third-party tools

Some products (like DAYDREAM OS™ & DREAMPRINTING 101) use third-party platforms such as Notion, Canva (who hosts our apps like The Goldilocks Game and The Brandtidote™ Oracle Deck), and ChatGPT (where REMi GPT is built). We don’t own or control those platforms and we do not provide their technical support. Those providers manage their own site maintenance, security, and data storage — please consult their terms and privacy policies for details. Keep all templates & settings as delivered; if you make unrecoverable changes, simply re-duplicate from the original link.

3. Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own the content — copy, designs, audio, templates, and trademarks. You’re licensed to use them as described above; ownership stays with us.

4. Sharing & misuse

Sharing, reselling, or redistributing access or files is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate removal of access and possible legal action.

5. Community content & reviews

If you post in our community, leave a review, or write/film a testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content (e.g., on social or in marketing). We’ll respect reasonable removal requests.

6. No promises — use responsibly

Our materials are educational and creative tools. Results vary — we can’t promise specific outcomes. If you need legal, medical, or financial advice, consult a licensed professional.

7. Liability & indemnity

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for claims related to products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms (including sharing materials). Termination doesn’t remove any payment obligations that were already due.

We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please read for details on what we store and why.

When you buy from Sublime Senses or sign up for our emails we collect the personal info we need to deliver your purchase and keep you informed — typically your name, email, and payment details handled by our payment processor.

We do NOT sell your personal information.
We won’t sell or rent your email or personal data to third parties.

How we use your info

To deliver products, send access links, receipts, and important updates.

To send occasional emails about updates, new releases, and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).

To manage customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.

Third-party services
We use trusted third parties to process payments and deliver our services (for example: Flodesk for email and checkout, Stripe/PayPal for payments, Notion for templates, ChatGPT for custom AI agents, Canva for apps). Those providers may store or process data in accordance with their own privacy rules.
